Refund policy

Please note our 30-day return policy, which provides 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Eligible return items must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase in the return package. 

Please request a return by emailing janovationnation@gmail.com. Upon acceptance, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: eFulfillment Service, 807 Airport Access Rd., Traverse City MI 49686
